Founded in 2017 Symbiosis Gaming is a Mauritian esport organisation focus around first person shooter(fps) base games mainly CSGO but also Valorant, Call of duty and Apex Legends. Symbiosis Gaming's goal is to compete among the best in African region until we are the best.
Back into 2017 our CSGO lineup was competing in the digital gaming league and successfully qualify among the best 16 southern African team to compete at the first Comic con Africa. Unfortunately due to lack of time, structure and exposure around eSports back then we were unable to rise enough money to send our team for the LAN event in South Africa. Following this misfortune we decided to create Symbiosis Gaming to prevent this from happening again.
Being one of the pioneer of eSport in Mauritius we realized that there was a lot to do so that the local eSports and gaming community can grow furthermore.
In April 2020 during the first lockdown we successfully organized a No entry fee community CSGO tournament, later on won by Team Skeptic(May 2020).
A record breaking of 16 teams registered for the CSGO tournament which on average had only 7-8 teams registered previously.
